Chorezo is a family chore app run by Kytobit Oy. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect and how we use it.

We collect the information needed to run the app.

• Account information: depending on how you sign in, this may include your email address, display name, and authentication provider user ID
• Family and profile information: family name, family code, member names, roles, and settings
• App data: chores, completions, approvals, points, rewards, and activity history
• Technical data: basic log, device, and error information used to operate and secure the app

• To sign users in and keep them signed in
• To run family, chore, points, and approval features
• To provide support and respond to requests
• To keep the app secure and fix bugs

• Within your family: family members can see the chore and activity data needed for the app to work
• Service providers: we use third parties for hosting, authentication, and related infrastructure
• Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users

5. Family Use

Chorezo is a family app. Parents may create and manage child profiles, and family members may also use their own sign-in methods where supported.

We do not independently verify a user's age or whether a user is a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of the app.

Chorezo supports sign-in with Google, email login codes, and Sign in with Apple where available.

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, and resolve security or support issues.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete Account. You can also email us at privacy@chorezo.app for help. Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we store and process.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
